Is there a free plan?
No. Every plan is paid, so the product is funded by the people who use it. You can run one free check on the home page without an account, and creating an account unlocks that full report once.
What counts as a domain or IP?
Each domain you send from and each sending IP you add is one monitored asset. A domain check also tests the IPs of its mail servers. On Scale, a CIDR range counts as one asset per address in the range.
What happens if we need more domains mid-year?
Move up from the billing page. The price difference for the rest of the period is charged right away and the higher limits apply as soon as the payment goes through.
Do yearly plans really cost half?
Yes. Every plan costs 50% less per month on yearly billing, for example Business is $149 monthly or $888 a year.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yearly Scale plans can be paid by invoice. All other plans are paid by card with 3D Secure.
What does deleting a domain do to our limit?
Removing a domain stops its monitoring. Additions are counted per billing month, so a replacement fits from the next month. Inbox tests and DMARC messages count as used once they run, and deleting never refunds usage.
