Terms of service
Last updated October 11, 2026
The service
The blacklistmonitoring.com service ("the service") is provided by its administrator ("we", "us"), reachable at [email protected]. It checks domains and IP addresses against public blacklists, checks email authentication records, analyses DMARC reports, shows reputation and inbox placement data and sends alerts. By creating an account you accept these terms.
Accounts
You must give a valid email address and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity in your workspace and for the people you invite to it. You may only monitor domains, IP addresses and ranges that you own, operate, or are authorised to monitor by their owner.
Free check
One check is available without an account, and an account unlocks its full report once. The free check is not a plan, does not renew and may be limited to prevent abuse.
Plans and billing
- Paid plans renew automatically every month or every year until cancelled. Prices are shown in US dollars on the pricing page before you pay.
- Moving to a higher plan or from monthly to yearly billing charges the prorated difference right away. The new limits apply once the payment succeeds.
- Moving to a lower plan takes effect at the next renewal. We do not refund unused time on a downgrade.
- You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Limits on inbox placement tests, DMARC messages and added assets count usage in each billing month. Deleting items does not restore usage.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to send spam, to probe systems you are not allowed to test, to overload blacklist operators, or to resell raw blacklist data. We may suspend accounts that break these rules or the usage policies of blacklist operators.
Third-party data
Blacklist results come from lists run by independent operators. We report what they answer and cannot add or remove listings. Removal decisions belong to each operator.
Availability
We work to keep the service available at all times. The service is provided as is, without any guaranteed availability level.
Liability
The service tells you about problems; it does not guarantee delivery of your mail. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Ending the agreement
You can delete your account at any time. We may end the agreement with 30 days notice, or immediately for a serious breach. After the account ends we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are emailed to account owners at least 14 days before they apply.
