EasyDMARC Pricing and EasyDMARC Plans Compared in 2026

· 8 min read

Checks run by DNS only. Nothing is sent from or to your domain.

EasyDMARC pricing in 2026 starts at $35.99 a month for DMARC Plus and $71.99 a month for DMARC Premium, both billed yearly, or $44.99 and $89.99 if you pay month to month. Plus covers 2 domains and Premium covers 4, each at the 100,000 emails a month tier. Anything beyond 4 domains, plus reputation monitoring, inbox placement tests and API access, moves you to the Deliverability or Enterprise plans, which are priced only on a custom quote.

We sell DMARC and blacklist monitoring ourselves, so read this with that in mind. Every EasyDMARC figure below comes from its public pricing page as checked in October 2026, and we point out where EasyDMARC is the better pick. If you are already leaning away from it, our EasyDMARC alternative page compares the two products feature by feature.

The Plus and Premium prices are the starting tier of 100,000 emails a month. EasyDMARC shows larger volume tiers on both plans but does not publish what they cost, so a company sending half a million messages a month should expect a higher number than the headline and ask for it in writing.

How much does EasyDMARC cost?

EasyDMARC costs $35.99 a month for 2 domains or $71.99 a month for 4 domains on yearly billing, which works out to about $432 or $864 a year. Paying monthly raises that to $44.99 and $89.99. Five or more domains, reputation monitoring and the API all sit on custom quote plans with no public price.

For a sense of what those quotes land at, Vendr reports a median EasyDMARC purchase of $2,999 a year across 19 deals it tracked, with a range of $2,236 to $6,990. That is purchase data from one marketplace rather than a price list, but it tells you the step from Premium to the custom tiers is a large one, often three times the Premium yearly cost or more.

Does EasyDMARC have a free plan?

Not on its current pricing page. EasyDMARC lists four business plans, Plus, Premium, Deliverability and Enterprise, and offers a trial on Plus and Premium with no credit card required. Some third-party pricing sites still show an older free tier with 1 domain and 1,000 emails a month, but the official page no longer lists it.

What EasyDMARC does keep open are standalone lookup tools such as its DMARC record checker and domain scanner. Those answer a one-time question about a record. They do not collect aggregate reports over time or alert you when something changes, which is the part a business is actually paying for.

Is EasyDMARC billed monthly or annually?

Both. EasyDMARC sells Plus and Premium on monthly or yearly billing, and the yearly option saves 20 percent, which is where the $35.99 and $71.99 figures come from. The dedicated customer success manager on Premium only comes with yearly billing. The custom Deliverability and Enterprise plans are normally signed as yearly contracts.

If you are still testing whether DMARC enforcement will break a sending service, a month or two on monthly billing costs about $18 more per month on Plus and is worth it. Once your policy is at quarantine or reject and stable, yearly billing is the cheaper way to run it.

Which EasyDMARC plan includes reputation monitoring?

Reputation monitoring starts on the Deliverability plan, which is priced on a custom quote. Plus and Premium are DMARC plans: they parse aggregate reports, show who sends as your domain and help you move toward a reject policy, but they do not watch how mailbox providers or blocklists rate your IPs and domains.

Deliverability also brings inbox placement testing, delivery analytics and the DNS Manager. Enterprise adds Threat Intelligence, SSO, audit logs and API access on top. So if your team needs a REST API to pull DMARC data into its own tools, Enterprise is the only EasyDMARC plan that lists it.

Does EasyDMARC include blacklist monitoring?

Blacklist monitoring is not listed as a feature on any EasyDMARC plan. The pricing page names reputation monitoring on Deliverability and malicious IP data under Enterprise Threat Intelligence, but there is no plan that checks your sending IPs and domains against DNS blacklists such as Spamhaus, Barracuda or SpamCop on a schedule and alerts you when one lists you.

That gap matters more than it sounds. DMARC tells you who is sending as your domain and whether those messages pass SPF and DKIM. It does not tell you that your main sending IP landed on Spamhaus at 9:40 this morning and half of today's order confirmations are bouncing. Teams that rely on email for revenue usually want both signals, which is why we built DMARC monitoring and blacklist checks into the same plan.

What 12 sending domains really cost

Price pages are easiest to judge against a real setup. Take a US company with 12 sending domains: a main brand domain, a marketing subdomain on its own root, two regional storefronts, a transactional domain for receipts and password resets, and seven cold outreach domains the sales team rotates. Or an agency managing a dozen client domains. Both are common.

  • EasyDMARC Premium covers 4 domains for $71.99 a month on yearly billing. Twelve domains is three times that limit, and EasyDMARC does not sell domain add-ons on its public page, so the realistic path is a Deliverability or Enterprise quote. Vendr's median of $2,999 a year is a fair planning number, about $250 a month, before any volume upcharge.
  • dmarcian caps Plus at 8 domains for $199 a month yearly, so 12 domains pushes you to Enterprise at $499 a month yearly, which covers 15. That is about $5,988 a year. Our dmarcian pricing breakdown has the details.
  • Valimail sells Enforce only on a quote, last published from about $5,000 a year. See our Valimail pricing article.
  • BlacklistMonitoring Business is $149 a month for 100 domains and IPs, with DMARC aggregate report parsing, SPF, DKIM, DMARC and BIMI record monitoring, and blacklist checks on 109 lists every 15 minutes. Twelve domains plus their sending IPs fit with plenty of room left.

The honest catch: on EasyDMARC custom tiers you also get a dedicated engineer, hosted SPF flattening and hands-on enforcement help. If your team has never taken a domain to p=reject and has no one comfortable editing DNS, that service has real value. If you have someone who can publish a DNS record and read a report, you are mostly paying for the domain count.

Who should stay on EasyDMARC

EasyDMARC is a good buy for a company with one to four domains that wants guided DMARC enforcement and is happy to pay for help. Premium's EasySPF solves the SPF 10 lookup problem by hosting a flattened record for you, the AI agents and proactive alerts point out what to fix next, and the dedicated customer success manager on yearly billing is something most tools at that price do not offer.

Enterprise also makes sense for large security teams that want DMARC, threat intelligence, SSO and audit logs from one vendor under one contract. Nobody should switch away from a setup like that just to save a few hundred dollars.

The fit gets worse in three cases. First, you have more than 4 domains and do not want to negotiate a custom contract. Second, your real pain is deliverability, meaning listings, bounces and spam folder placement, rather than spoofing. Third, you are an agency or a sales team with rotating cold outreach domains, where the domain count grows every quarter. For agencies rolling out consistent branding across many client domains, pairing DMARC with company-wide email signature software keeps the human side of every domain as tidy as the DNS side.

Is there a cheaper alternative to EasyDMARC?

Yes, if you need more than 4 domains. dmarcian Basic is cheaper for 2 domains at $19.99 a month yearly, and our Starter plan covers 10 domains and IPs for $24 a month on yearly billing. At 5 to 100 domains, our Business plan at $149 a month replaces a custom EasyDMARC quote and adds blacklist monitoring.

Cheaper only matters if the tool still does the job. Before you move, check three things. Can it read the aggregate reports for every domain you send from, including subdomains? Does it alert you when a DKIM key stops signing or SPF goes over 10 lookups, not just when you log in? And does it watch blacklists, so a listing reaches you before customers start replying that your emails went to spam? You can test the report side today by uploading a file to our DMARC report analyzer.

How to move from EasyDMARC without losing reports

Switching DMARC tools is mostly a DNS change, and it can be done without a gap in data.

  1. Export or download the recent aggregate data you want to keep from EasyDMARC, since history does not move between vendors.
  2. Add your domains and sending IPs to the new tool and copy the reporting address it gives you.
  3. Edit each domain's DMARC TXT record so the rua tag lists both addresses for a few weeks. Mailbox providers send reports to every address listed.
  4. Compare the two dashboards for one reporting cycle. When the numbers match, remove the old address from the record and cancel the old plan at the end of its term.

If your EasyDMARC plan includes EasySPF, replace the hosted include with your own flattened SPF record before you cancel, or mail from the affected domain will start failing SPF the day the hosted record goes away.

The bottom line on EasyDMARC pricing

For 1 to 4 domains with no in-house DNS skills, EasyDMARC Plus or Premium at $35.99 to $71.99 a month is a fair price for guided DMARC. Past 4 domains the price stops being public, and reputation and blacklist coverage only arrive with custom plans. If that is where you are, run a check on one of your sending domains with the tool above, then look at our EasyDMARC alternative comparison to see what 100 domains with DMARC and blacklist monitoring costs on a published price.
