How do I check if my domain or IP is blacklisted?
Type the domain, an email address or the IP into the box at the top of this page and press Check Now. We query 100+ IP and domain blacklists by DNS and show each result live, together with your SPF, DKIM and DMARC records.
Is the blacklist check free?
One check is free and needs no account. Creating an account unlocks the full report for that check once. Continuous monitoring, alerts and history are part of the paid plans, starting at $24 a month on yearly billing.
How often does monitoring run?
Every 60 minutes on Starter, every 15 minutes on Business and every 5 minutes on Agency and Scale. You can also re-check any domain or IP on demand from the dashboard.
How do alerts reach us?
By email and Slack on every plan, plus Microsoft Teams and signed webhooks on Business and higher. An alert names the list, the IP or domain, what the listing means and the steps to get removed.
What happens when we get listed?
You get an alert within minutes, the Domain Health score drops and the finding shows the exact removal steps for that list. When the list drops you, you get a second alert so you know the issue is closed.
Do you send email from our domain or need access to our mailboxes?
No. Blacklist and authentication checks run by DNS only. DMARC reports arrive at a reporting address we give you, and reputation signals come from accounts you connect yourself, which you can disconnect at any time.
Can agencies give clients branded reports?
Yes. The Agency and Scale plans add client workspaces and white label PDF reports and report links on your logo and colors, sent to clients on a schedule.
Can we cancel or change plans?
Yes, from the billing page at any time. Moving up charges the difference right away, moving down applies at the next renewal, and cancelling keeps access until the end of the paid period.
